Once we make contact, we can have an initial talk on the phone (without charge) to see how I can help you and to make sure you (and your partner) feel comfortable with me. We can then schedule a consultation session and talk about an approach tailored to fit your goals.

Short term work can be very helpful for a specific problem. Deeper work generally takes longer, but the results are much wider and longer lasting. Sessions for individuals can be scheduled from 50-100 minutes. I generally see couples for 100 minutes, however longer intensive sessions are available as well.
